Svanberga herring

ingredients:
2 packs of 5-minute herring(per 420 gr)
2 dl mayonnaise (preferably real)
1 cup whipped cream
½ dl layer from the insert (in the herring packaging)
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
20-30 drops of Worchster sauce
1 large bunch of chopped dill (or 2 pots)
20 cm chopped leeks
1 finely chopped red onion
Do this:
Pour the herring, save ½ dl liquid, mix all ingredients in a bowl and add the drained herring.
Let refrigerate 1-3 days before serving
